These terms govern your use of SaySee.
Service
SaySee provides AI-assisted English conversation practice. The app is intended for language practice and companion-style conversation. It is not a substitute for emergency help or professional legal, medical, financial, educational, exam-scoring, or psychological advice.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under your account. You may request data export or account deletion from within the app. Account deletion does not automatically cancel App Store subscriptions, and limited records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions, Points, And Purchases
Digital subscriptions and point top-ups on iOS are purchased through Apple's in-app purchase system. Apple handles payment processing, subscription cancellation, refunds, and purchase account management according to Apple's terms.
Subscriptions and point top-ups unlock digital SaySee features only. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are consumed when used in the app. Unused quota or promotional/reward balance may be forfeited when an account is deleted, except where Apple's refund process or applicable law requires otherwise. If Apple reports a refund, revocation, chargeback, or billing issue, SaySee may adjust the related subscription, quota, or point balance.
User Content
You keep your rights in content you provide. You grant SaySee a limited permission to process that content as needed to provide, protect, troubleshoot, and improve reliability according to the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable Use
Do not use SaySee for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, harassing, discriminatory, sexual-exploitation, self-harm, fraud, malware, security-abuse, privacy-invasive, intellectual-property-infringing, public-opinion manipulation, safeguard-evasion, scraping, or service-overload activity. SaySee may restrict, suspend, remove content, or terminate access where needed to protect users, the service, or legal compliance.
AI Output
SaySee replies and practice suggestions are AI-generated or AI-assisted and are not a natural person. AI responses may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. You are responsible for how you use the output. Where required, SaySee may add visible or technical labels to generated content; you must not remove, obscure, or misuse required AI-content labels when exporting, copying, saving, or sharing content. SaySee may limit, refuse, or moderate requests to protect users, service integrity, and legal compliance.
Changes And Availability
SaySee may change, replace, suspend, or route among features, pricing, quotas, AI models, providers, safety systems, model behavior, and availability, including by region. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service reliable, but uninterrupted access, identical AI output, and permanent availability of every feature are not guaranteed.
Disclaimers And Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SaySee is provided as is and as available, without warranties beyond those required by law. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
